Goals and Intentions

Goals and Intentions
I have no plans. The universe knows what I need and want and desire. I am not going to interfere. I am not going to muck things up with expectations and plans and schemes and wishing and fantasizing. I am just going to go about my business and allow the universe to do the same. I will remain as open as I can to the infinite field of possibilities and I will embrace and rejoice in every synchronicity and message that comes along. I will listen to the birds and I will listen to the silence and I will listen to my solar plexus. I will listen to the rabbits and the hawk and the wind. I will not take notes, make plans, write out an itinerary, nor will I check my horoscope. I will not seek divination nor validation. I will surrender to the NOW which knows no calendar. I will unplug my alarm clock for there is no need for alarm. I will allow tomorrow to remain in the future and not concern myself with it. I will ignore the past.

The very second one makes plans, one steps out of the NOW. Everything exists in the NOW so why should I step out of it for anything? People see the word, intention, only in regard to a linear progression of time. They use it to put things into the future instead of living it, intending it, in the NOW. I will not plan my intentions but rather try to live them. I will focus my intentions in the NOW which is the only place they can be realized. Instead of intending to do something, I will endeavor to do things with intention. Bringing intent into the NOW is how we can utilize it and realize it and bring about change.

I have no goals. There is nothing to obtain or reach for that is not already within me. There is nothing to win or lose. There is nothing to fight or to resist. There is nothing to engage but life itself and that involves surrendering to the love and joy that flows non-stop through us. From a place of presence we don’t even engage life but rather we become it. We realize we ARE it. We stop trying to create life and instead we source life. Instead of planning and scheduling life, instead of wishing it and intending it and organizing it and fighting it and resisting it, we become it. Or, perhaps, to put it more accurately, we become aware that we are it. We do not have to become it because we already are it, we just don’t realize it because we are too busy planning and scheduling and thinking and organizing. Life exists only in the NOW. By putting it anywhere else outside of the NOW we are denying our very nature. We are separating our selves from life.
